Unfortunately it is that time of year when fraud on debit and credit cards seems to happen more frequently. We just wanted to remind you to check your checking account and credit card accounts to verify all transactions on a frequent basis.
For Debit Cards you can check your account in our home banking system. If you are not set up in home banking, please contact the credit union so we can get you set up.
To view your Credit Card transactions you can sign up with ezcardinfo.com or call 800-322-8472 for your present account information.
If you lose your card or find fraudulent transactions on your account and it is after credit union business hours, please call the following 24 hour number.

Consumer 1st FCU debit card fraud alert system has been enhanced to protect our members from potential fraud.
If a transaction on your card is flagged by our Fraud Alert system as a suspicious transaction, you will receive an email to verify if the transaction is legitimate. If you do not respond to the email you will receive a text message, last attempt to reach you will be a phone call. All fraud alerts will be addressed from Consumer 1st FCU.
Please respond to these messages to avoid temporarily blocking your card if transaction in question is legitimate. In the event transaction is fraudulent, block will remain on the card.
If you previously received a text message to sign up for our Fraud Alerts and had replied STOP, you will need to contact the credit union if you are now interested in this service. All other cardholders will automatically have this service.

A feature has just been added that will give you the ability to have a secure login code sent to you via text message! This feature can be used to login instead of the passcode card which was sent to you when you opened your account.
Receiving your passcode via text message is EASIER, FASTER & CONVENIENT!
